We’re looking for a highly motivated self-starter for our production team. We provide our clientele with premium quality graphics, specializing in production of retail/brand graphics, vehicle graphics, signage, wall murals and more.

Required Kills and Experience

• Banner and printed sign finishing
• Large format lamination
• Weeding, masking, mounting of cut vinyl, trimming vinyl
• Operation of a large format printer, laminator, cutter and rip software
• Generally creative & handy
• Hard working and motivated
• Capable, versatile, and intelligent
• Pride in work, but always open to critique and learning
• Organized workspace
• Extremely detail-oriented
• Ability to recognize and match colors
• Reliable and punctual
• Can-do / Will-do attitude
• Willing and able to communicate well with other team members and clients
• Able to lift and move rolls of material and sheets of mounting substrate, 70+ pounds
• Good eye for detail and measurements
• Flexible schedule, willingness to stay beyond normal work day to complete special projects
• Problem solver
• Ability to manage time and prioritize workflow
• Able to work both independently and in a team environment

Preferred

• 2 or more years experience in the large format printing industry.
